7 months agoI was so excited to be visiting Miami again and the first reservation I made was at Carbone. My second time here and it was just as amazing as I remember it - the service & food was phenomenal. The ambiance and atmosphere is like no other, you feel transported to a completely different place as soon as you enter. I would highly recommend the spicy rigatoni *chefs kiss* & table side caesar salad. They were so kind to split our pasta for us into two plates since we were sharing. We also tried the chocolate hazelnut cake for dessert and really enjoyed that. Not to mention their complimentary antipasto spread is the biggest I’ve ever seen! Can’t wait to come back again :)

From the moment we arrived, the energy, ambiance, and attention to detail were impeccable. Although there was a brief delay with our reservation, Elizabeth—the incredible general manager—personally sought us out to apologize and went above and beyond to ensure our evening was nothing short of amazing. Without us even saying a word, she took the initiative to make things right, showing what true top-notch hospitality looks like. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism turned a minor inconvenience into a meaningful gesture we’ll never forget. Our server, Daniel C., also delivered outstanding service—attentive, personable, and seamless from start to finish. The food, the cocktails, the overall experience—everything was perfection. Every bite, every moment was handled with care and class. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience in Miami Beach with world-class service, Carbone is it. Thank you again, Elizabeth and the entire Carbone team, for making this special night absolutely flawless.

7 months agoCarbone is a seamless combination of comfort & glam. The decor is opulent yet elegant. The vibe is chic and upscale yet unpretentious. The food was like a warm hug - ultimate, classic Italian comfort food. The service was outstanding. The food captains had personality for days and made it fun. You can easily fill up on the bread, salami, fresh parm & pickled cauliflower they start you with. But save room for the indulgent beef carpaccio, veal parm and lobster pasta. All phenomenal. We also got the calamari which was good but I wouldn’t order it again. The food is simple but delicious and it gets better with each bite. The cocktails (margarita and extra dirty martini) were nice but not mind blowing. Next time, I’d do wine to complement the meal better. We were too full for dessert but it looked yummy. All also add that we really appreciated the friendly hostesses. We were very late for our reservation but they sat us immediately anyway. The patio looked really lovely, snag a table outside if you can but you won’t be disappointed indoors. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!

Given its esteemed reputation and challenging reservations process in New York City, I was pleasantly surprised to have secured a reservation through Resy a month in advance. Carbone boasts an elegant atmosphere and ambiance, perfectly capturing the essence of refinement and poise. Upon arrival, we encountered difficulties in finding parking, ultimately deciding to utilize the valet service, conveniently located in front of the establishment, for a reasonable fee of 25. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the servers, who inquired about our reservation and escorted us to our outdoor seating arrangement on the patio, as we had opted to dine al fresco in adherence to the dress code. While our evening could have been further enhanced by the ambiance and lively atmosphere within the dining room, our outdoor experience surpassed all expectations, rendering our night truly unforgettable. Our host seated us at a spacious table on the patio, where we were introduced to our server, Richard, who epitomized exceptional service, demonstrating impeccable attitude, instructional guidance, effective communication, and engaging conversation. Throughout the evening, Richard shared insightful knowledge about Carbone's history, strategies for securing reservations at the NYC location, and aspects of Miami's lifestyle and seasonal weather patterns. As we celebrated our anniversary, Carbone undoubtedly catered to our special moment, providing an exceptional experience. I ordered the lamb chops, which proved to be the most exciting dish I have ever had at a restaurant, with a price that was well justified by the outstanding quality. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection at a medium-rare temperature. My fiancee ordered lobster pasta, while I paired my lamb chops with spicy broccoli rabe. We also savored delicious appetizers and exceptional cocktails, expertly crafted by Richard, who assisted in mixing my preferred liquor with innovative fusion cocktails. I would wholeheartedly recommend Carbone to friends and family, as this establishment truly embodies the essence of fine dining in Miami, with exceptional service that deserves a perfect score of 10/10. They also gave us a complementary glass of wine for our anniversary.

7 months agoPerfect for date night. Been to the one in NYC and I’ve been dying to take my wife. Overall our Food was fantastic. We ordered the meatballs , the calamari, the spicy rigatoni, chicken Massimo, and the tortellini ragu. Staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Big kudos to our waiter Roberto for making our evening great.

7 months agoWe come to Carbone every time we come to Miami it’s one of our favorite spots that never disappoints. The bread is amazing, the lobster ravioli is my favorite and the spicy rigatoni is amazing as well. The drinks are always fantastic and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.
